- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been coming to this location since returning to the area in 2009. The people were always very friendly and helpful. I never had any issues with getting my return prepared, not once did I ever second guess my decision to use them until this year. When my husband and I had our taxes prepared this last time, the experience was nothing like it was before! The receptionist was wearing street clothes, which rendered me a little puzzled but I ignored it because I wasn't sure what kind of a dress code they have. I feel more comfortable when the staff dresses more professionally in services such as this. There was an accountant yelling and cursing at her receptionist in front of us and we tried to ignore it the best we could but it left a very bad taste in my mouth. This particular accountant was disruptive to the entire office, She cussed at the receptionist, like I said, as well as made random comments taking my attention from the young woman who was trying so hard to prepare my taxes. The only positive feed back I have is about the young lady who prepared our taxes. She didn't crack in her professionalism. She took her time to explain what we were getting, how much our itemization was going to get us but it was very hard to focus in.
